Let's Keep it Simple and Basic.


I want to keep this BLOG about simplicity in cooking some of our most basic foods.
Legumes, Soups, Salads and all the things that keep our physical systems going.
Something as simple as a pot of beans can be intimidating to people. I hope to show you some sure and simple ways to stretch the dollar and stretch the nutrition value. Of course, deserts will off set the need for something sweet and memorable.
I also want to add a few good hints and suggestions that come up every once and awhile.
Since my love of gardening is important to me, I want to share with you some things I have learned along my path to better nutrition and healthy home grown veggies.
